Celestial Heartbeat

Last night I dreamed of you.
It felt so real...
you woke me and said:

“Come, don’t be afraid.
Take my hand.”

And so I followed you along a path.

Your hair bathed in starlight,
your skin: radiant diamonds.
You wore a beautiful dress—
of reefs, glaciers, shades of snow,
a precious crown of coral fish.

We walked together, saying nothing.
We reached a pier.
Behind us, the sea opened wide—
celestial heartbeat.

Then I could feel the cosmos spin,
pulsing in my sadness...
the absolute vastness in a single instant,
as you drifted away,
while the landscape faded
through tears.
